Enjoy free shipping on orders of $125 or more

Nord Country Co. ships to Canada and the United States only. Because every piece is made to order after you buy, total delivery time adds production and shipping: it varies by product, the shipping method you choose and your destination, and the estimated time is shown on the product page before you buy.

At a glance

  • Shipping zones: Canada and the United States, nowhere else for now.
  • Every product is made after you order: total time = production + shipping.
  • Check the estimated delivery time on the product page and at checkout, before you confirm your purchase.
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your address and the contents of your cart.
  • An order with several products may ship in several parcels, so checkout may show several shipping lines.
  • For orders to the United States, customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada and the United States, and only those two countries. Whether you are in Quebec, on the Prairies, on the West Coast or anywhere in the United States, it works the same way: you pick your pieces, enter your address at checkout, and your shipping costs are calculated for you.

If you are shopping for someone who lives elsewhere, write to us first through the Contact page and we will give you a straight answer.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Unlike a store where the piece sits on a shelf, every item here is made after you order (see how made-to-order works). Your total delivery time therefore has two parts:

  • Production: it varies by product and is shown on each product page, before shipping time is added.
  • Shipping: it depends on the shipping method you choose and your destination.

To know what to expect, check the estimated delivery time on the product page before you buy, then again at checkout. We do not give one delivery time for the whole shop because it would not be honest: a T-shirt and a woven throw are not made the same way.

If you have a specific deadline, check the estimated time for each item before ordering and write to us if you need to.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery address and the contents of your cart. Options (standard, express) may be offered at checkout: the choice you make affects both the cost and the shipping time.

  1. Add your items to the cart.
  2. Enter your full delivery address.
  3. Compare the shipping options offered and the estimated time.
  4. Confirm your order once the shipping cost works for you.

You always see the amount before you pay. We do not list a fixed rate on this page because the calculation depends on your address and your cart.

Why does my order come in several parcels, with several shipping lines?

An order containing several products may ship in separate parcels. Each product has its own production time: we ship each item as soon as it is ready rather than waiting for the others. This comes at no extra charge from us.

At checkout, you may therefore see several shipping lines for a single order. That is normal: each line is one shipment, and the total shipping cost is calculated and shown before you confirm.

You may also receive more than one shipping email, one per parcel. For details, see the Track my order page.

Will I pay customs duties or taxes on an order to the United States?

Possibly. For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the displayed price.

We cannot calculate them in advance: they depend on customs rules we do not control. If you are in the United States, plan for that possibility in your budget. For the official details, see our shipping policy.

How do I track my order, step by step?

Which address should I enter, and what if something goes wrong?

Entering your address

Your delivery address must be accurate and complete: street number, street, apartment or unit, city, province or state, postal code or ZIP code. Re-read it before you pay.

Nord Country Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake after ordering, write to us as soon as possible through the Contact page with your order number. Because production may already have started, we cannot always correct an address, but it is best to tell us right away.

Lost or damaged parcel

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number. For a lost parcel, we will look into it with you. For a damaged item, add a description of the problem and clear photos of the product and the packaging.

A defective or damaged product is eligible for a free replacement or a full refund if you write to us within 30 days of receiving it, with your order number, a description and photos. The details are in the return and refund policy.

Frequently asked questions

Do you ship to Europe or other countries?

No. Nord Country Co. ships only to Canada and the United States. If you are planning a gift for someone who lives elsewhere, write to us through the Contact page before ordering.

Where can I see the delivery time before I buy?

The estimated time is shown on each product page before you buy, and again at checkout. It adds production time, shown on the product page, and shipping time, which depends on the shipping method you choose and your destination.

Is shipping free?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your address and the contents of your cart. The exact amount is shown before you confirm your order, so there are no surprises. The options offered (standard, express) can vary from one order to the next.

Why is my order split into several shipments at checkout?

Each product is made to order with its own production time, so an order with several items may ship in several parcels. Checkout may show several shipping lines: that is normal, and it comes at no extra charge from us.

Do I have to pay customs fees on an order to the United States?

It is possible. Customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees may apply to orders shipped to the United States. They are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the displayed price.

I did not receive a tracking email. What should I do?

The email with your tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel ships, so it may not have gone out if your piece is still in production. Check your junk folder and your customer account. If nothing moves, write to us with your order number.

Can I change my address after placing my order?

Write to us as soon as possible through the Contact page with your order number. Once production has started, a change is not always possible, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

My parcel is lost or damaged: who do I contact?

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number. For a damaged or defective item, include a description and photos within 30 days of receiving it: a free replacement or a full refund may be offered.
